This program offers education and practical experience opportunities at leading universities in the world, with the aim of training future energy experts.

This Educational program is offered at prestigious universities in Russia:

§ National Research Nuclear University “MEPhI” (UANU MEPhI),

§ National Research University “Moscow Energy Institute” (UAÜ MEE) (MPEİ)

§ Kazan State Energy University (KSPEU)

offers postgraduate education in nuclear and other related fields.

Within the scope of the program, students will have the opportunity to receive advanced education in Thermal Energy and Heat Engineering, Electrical Energy and Electrical Engineering, Nuclear Energy Engineering and related fields.

The program is open to applications from candidates who are citizens of the Republic of Turkey and have graduated with a "Bachelor's" degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, energy, technology, natural sciences and other related disciplines or who will graduate in 2025.

The programs opened for the purpose of training personnel for Akkuyu NPP will last a total of 3 years, including 1 year of technically focused Russian language education (TORFL-1 and above level) and 2 years of postgraduate education in the main specialization. Candidates must submit the requested documents and apply by January 31, 2025. Candidates will then be invited to interviews with the participation of university faculty members.

Personnel training programs for Akkuyu NPP have been ongoing since 2011. Training costs are covered by Akkuyu Nuclear Inc. In addition, all students who successfully pass the selection stage and are accepted to universities are provided with scholarships, visa support, health insurance and round-trip flight tickets on the Istanbul (Ankara) – Moscow (Kazan) route each year.
